PokeMomo: Map, Picture Share, Chat for Pokemon GO app for iPhone and iPad

PokeMomo is an interactive community for Pokemon Go players.
It provides three services:

1. Pokemon Tracker/Live Map: Show Pokemons around you, powered by cloud sourcing.
2. Picture Share: Share your Pokemon pictures, and chat about it.
3. Team Chat: Find your team chat on the map around a gym, and organize your team mates to take over the gym !
